Transformation Day

A TRANSFORMATION DAY is an intensive one-on-one solution to transform your diet, your lifestyle, and your thoughts and attitudes toward your health and diet. The day focuses on formulating a workable and sustainable pattern, that suits and serves you in the best way possible. 

 

Has your lifestyle taken over your desire to eat healthily?

Have you lost control of your eating, and developed poor, unhealthy habits?

Is your weight gain and inability to lose weight getting you down?

 

A TRANSFORMATION DAY will tackle all these issues head on, finding workable solutions to help you regain control of your health, your diet, your energy levels and your body weight. We’ll lay the foundations for a new way of eating and approaching health, diet and longevity. This is not about “dieting”. Dieting is mentally connected to deprivation, and therefore goes against human nature, which is to thrive and enjoy life! This day is about finding foods that are natural, work best in, and for your body, and make you and your body feel good. Different aspects of food and diet will be approached and discussed and meal ideas will be given to “put theory into practise”! In addition, 3 different mental strategies will be discussed, learned and practised, with the aim of clarifying specific aims, and improving knowledge, self-awareness, motivation and understanding of diet and health.

Meal design and food preparation
The food and diet aspect of the day will centre on variations of any of the following meals. This will be client-specific and depend on client needs and requirements.

Coaching focus and learning new mental strategies
The coaching aspect of the day will centre on the following 3 areas…

1) Your Top 3 desires…
a. Where are we heading?

2) Your 5-minute daily visualisation…
a. How do you see yourself in 6 months time?
b. What would you like to be doing that you can’t or won’t do now?

3) Teaching you to “self-coach”…
a. What would your healthy, fit and slim self say to you each day?

Fee: £495 per day (Includes lunch)

Payment details – A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable on booking. The balance of £345 is payable on the day.
