Contract Catering

Lucy-Ann joined one of the leaders in the contract catering market Talkington Bates, in 2013. Together they created 3 healthy meal ranges.

The “Superfood” range, the “Energising” range and the “Light and Lean” range of meals were successfully incorporated into staff restaurants across the UK.

This exciting partnership brought together the latest food trends, “superfoods” and sound nutritional science to create 3 meal ranges to meet the health & nutritional demands of customers and clients.

The time Lucy-Ann spent in the contract catering industry proved invaluable, and since then, she’s been involved in creating menus, and new meal ideas for health retreats, training camps, and now, her own health food retreats in the UK, and France.
